 Do you find that your child does not want to play with gender specific toys? My 2 year old daughter HATES dolls! She throws them, moves them out of her way, and never plays with them. She absolutely loves her little toy tool set, toy cars and trains. I can't get her to play with "girlie" toys to safe my life. I don't have a problem with it, I just find it fascinating because when I was little I loved my dolls and girl stuff. She just seems the opposite of me. And I love it!! How about your children? Do they like to play with toys supposedly for the other gender? Emma loves dolls, barbies, playing dress up, wearing pretend (and mommies!) high heels around the house... But she also loves to play with her tool set, matchbox cars, dinosaurs, and daddys old remote control cars and tracks. I have no problem with letting her decide whatever she wants to play with, whether boy or girl, whatever makes her happy and lets her use her imagination, is fine by me!
